We can start your growth and healing in a one on one in person or online session. During this session we work through any fears you may have, any past traumas that you might be feeling are there that might come up and give you a head start on the weekends program. This is a 1.5 hour session.

Retreat After Care Program
From past retreats many men have opted to continue with a 4 week after care program which includes weekly one on one sessions to ensure that you continue to make the changes needed and to keep you accountable. We work with you closely to achieve your personal and relationships goals, plus access to additional resources including meditations and support material. Access to Retreat Watts App Group with the retreat other participants.
